Enterprise services: coordinate specialist work through one project brief

Business area: Enterprise Services
A product launch may involve several specialists whose work depends on one another. Packaging can affect shipping, brand decisions can affect intellectual property work, and payment terms can affect working capital. Identify these connections before commissioning separate tasks.
Create one project brief with the target market, product, launch date, budget assumptions and unresolved decisions. Assign a coordinator and identify the specialist responsible for each deliverable. Keep one current version of the approved brief and record changes with their impact on dependent work.
At each milestone, review missing inputs and handover quality. Formal legal, tax, audit or regulated opinions should be assigned to appropriately qualified professionals. Coordination is most effective when each specialist has a defined scope and the business retains clear decision ownership.
